What We Do (in plain English)

Don’t confuse purpose with product

We help companies find product/market fit via our models which emphasize purpose over product.

GHS: Distinguishing Purpose from Product

For nearly a decade, GHS has helped Brown University to define and better digitally articulate their Purpose, which has resulted in a vast increase in the diversity of applicants.

Working with Intel, GHS created a Purpose-driven Blockchain-based approach to secondary ticketing market issues.

GHS assisted National Public Radio in refining their Purpose in order to address complex technical and legal issues around Podcasts, and thus ensure their listeners continue to feel deeply connected to the brand.

Amway’s entrepreneurial Purpose was polished and employed by GHS in a manner that led to GHS creating and developing a full service music library utilized across their entire global operation.

Working with Grammy and Oscar winning artist Carly Simon, GHS amplified her Purpose, which led to the creation of her highest-margin personal piece of work.

GHSTRATEGIC APPROACH

Our models work across disciplines and industries, and – via this emphatic defining and expressing of the client’s WHY – natural, authentic, durable, and resonant byproducts – as opposed to easily commoditize “products” – emerge which clearly align and enforce the uniqueness of the Firm or Individual. In this way, brand equity and Net Promoter Score rise while the cost of marketing and risk of commoditization fall. In short, we help our clients to not confuse Product with Purpose.

OUR CLIENTS

From startups to the Fortune 100; from the Ivy League to some of the largest non-profits; from Grammy and Oscar-winning individuals to the entrepreneurs shaping the future, GHS provides line of sight and ROI-driven strategic guidance to maximize impact.
