GHS emerged from an insight that the music industry is a Canary in a Coal Mine. As goes the music industry, so too will other industries. This observation fueled the development of our Proprietary Models and the tools to guide our clients in a manner that enables them to avoid the perils of mistaking Product for Purpose; the very mistake that led to the downfall of the Traditional Recording Industry (and so many other companies and industries). Our models, experience and unique perspective allow us to efficiently unearth a company’s Purpose or “Mirror of Desire”, and, in so doing, create a roadmap that guides all strategic, marketing and communication in order to forge durable bonds between company and customer and greatly increase NPS.
